Brief profile: 
Dr Emmanuel Ahimana holds a PhD in African and French Comparative Literature. He has served as Head of Humanities and Language Education Department at the University of Rwanda/College of Education (from 1st December 2014 up to March 2022). Ahimana is also the Regional Coordinator of Sembura Ferment littéraire, a Platform of Writers and Academicians in African Great Lakes Region which promotes the Teaching/Learning of Languages and Literature in the Region. As researcher, he has contributed to the development/review of several Primary and Secondary Programmes/Curricula based on CBC but also of higher learning institutions (UR-CE & UTAB).
