SIBOMANA Emmanuel

Mr. Emmanuel SIBOMANA is a seasoned academic and professional trainer with over ten years of teaching experience at the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics. He has served for five years as the Head of the Banking and Insurance Department, where he provided strategic leadership, oversaw curriculum development, and ensured academic supervision, contributing significantly to the department’s growth and quality. Alongside his academic career, He brings more than five years of experience delivering Project Management Professional (PMP®) training to stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. His learner-centered and practical training approach is aligned with international project management standards, enabling participants to effectively apply project management principles in real-world contexts. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification a certified Authorized Training Partner by Project Management Institute and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Institutions. With his strong blend of academic excellence, leadership experience, and industry expertise,He is committed to empowering learners with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to excel in today’s dynamic professional environment.
