Brief profile: 
MUKULIRA Olive has been teaching with over 13 years of experience in higher education in Rwanda. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and postgraduate qualifications in teaching and learning in higher institutions, international trade, and clearing and forwarding management. Currently, she serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting and finance at the College of Business and Economics, University of Rwanda. Her academic expertise spans human resource management, entrepreneurship, political economy, management consulting, and organizational change. She has extensive experience in curriculum development, module writing, academic quality assurance, and research supervision. MUKULIRA Olive has contributed to national and institutional development initiatives, including the University of Rwanda Human Resource Development Plan and Customized Competency Framework. She has been a Coordinator of the Gender Economic Policy Management Initiative, working closely with Minecofin, UN Women and national stakeholders. She is a published researcher with peer-reviewed journal articles and academic books focusing on entrepreneurship, financial stability, and poverty reduction. She is highly committed to gender-responsive economic policy, entrepreneurship development, and capacity building for sustainable socio-economic transformation.
