"Nyiringango Pascal holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Business and Sustainability, with a specialization in Social Entrepreneurship, from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore) in Milan, Italy. He is also certified in Innovation and Creativity and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Innovation Management. He is an experienced social entrepreneur, a lead trainer for early-stage start-ups, and a business coach supporting young, aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative ideas. Pascal serves as a lecturer in entrepreneurship and global marketing at the University of Rwanda and works as the lead project coordinator for the UNIPOD and GRID Innovation Hub and Incubation Center at the Center of Energy. In addition, he holds the position of non-executive director at BPR Bank Plc. Pascal possesses strong expertise in social innovation, business development, and commercialization. He is an effective business mentor for start-up incubation and acceleration programs. Known for his flexibility and professionalism, he is also an HR practitioner with strong organizational and time-management skills.
