NYIRINGANGO Pascal

Nyiringango Pascal earned a Master of Business Administration in Global Business and Sustainability, specializing in Social Entrepreneurship, from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore) in Milan, Italy. He also holds certification in Innovation and Creativity and is currently undertaking a Ph.D. in Innovation Management. He is a seasoned social entrepreneur, serving as a lead trainer for early-stage startups and a business coach who mentors young and aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative concepts. Pascal lectures in entrepreneurship and global marketing at the University of Rwanda. Additionally, he acts as the lead project coordinator for the UNIPOD and GRID Innovation Hub and Incubation Center within the Center of Energy. He also serves as a non-executive director at BPR Bank Plc. Pascal has extensive expertise in social innovation, business development, and commercialization. His academic research focuses on business development and commercialization, and his Ph.D. dissertation examines a trilateral study assessing the impact of innovation and incubation hubs in higher education institutions on teaching, learning, and research processes. His professional aspiration is to obtain a challenging position where he can leverage his skills and experience while contributing significantly to organizational growth and the implementation of systems that foster accountability, sustainability, and meaningful transformation.
