"Personal profile Mrs. Josephine MUTESI is an Assistant lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics, School of Business. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the National University of Rwanda today University of Rwanda and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from Makerere University-Uganda. Josephine has demonstrated enthusiasm for the development of an entrepreneurship mindset in the students and the entire Rwandan community, coupled with a strong commitment to contribute towards job creation through entrepreneurship. She is passionate about Making Rwanda a private sector-led economy through the development of entrepreneurship. Josephine’s research interests are in entrepreneurship specifically women's entrepreneurship. As a Ph.D scholar, she is researching women entrepreneurship and the Self-Help Group (SHG) in Rwanda. Josephine’s research has been published in Springer and the Journal of Sustainable Development, Cogent Business and Management. She has attended various research conferences local and international; seminars and workshops and she has participated in exchange programs for One Health Initiatives at |Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine in the USA, Key Competences for Practice a collaboration between the University of Rwanda and the University of Koblenz in Germany and AFRETEC.
