INGABIRE Florence

INGABIRE Florence is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics, based in the School of Business within the Department of Finance. She began her academic career at the University in 2011 as a Tutorial Assistant, immediately after completing her undergraduate studies. Over the years, she has demonstrated strong commitment to academic excellence, student mentorship, and professional growth, progressing through the academic ranks to her current position as Assistant Lecturer. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, she has contributed to teaching, curriculum development, and academic support within the fields of marketing, human resource, entrepreneurship, finance and management in general. Her academic journey reflects dedication to continuous learning, institutional service, and the development of future professionals in business and finance.
