BARIGYE Vianney

Vianney Barigye holds a Master of Science in Public Procurement Management and Sustainable development from University of Turin, Italy and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Maastricht School of Management (MsM)-Netherlands. He also holds a Bachelor of law obtained from National University of Rwanda and has attended various trainings and workshops, conferences on Procurement, Logistics, Transport and Supply Chain Management. In relation to work experience, Vianney has been involved in different consultancy assignments in various entities since 2009. Vianney has worked as procurement and supply chain consultant and expert for Higher Education Council, RALGA, East Africa Center of Excellency and National Fund for Environment. At University of Rwanda (UR), Vianney teach, Logistics, procurement and Supply Chain management courses. Vianney is member of Pool of Trainers for EAC Regional Centre of Excellence for Vaccines, Immunization and Health Supply Chain Management.
