"Dr Mugenzi Martin(Senior Lecturer of Economics) holds a PhD in Quantitative Economics and International Economics from Russian People’s Friendship University (1999), Masters of Sciences in Economics(1995) and Bachelor of Sciences in Economics(1993) from the Russian People’s Friendship University. From October 1999, I was lecturer of Economics at National University of Rwanda till now at University of Rwanda. Some recents publications Include following papers:
