James Rwigema

Dr.James Rwigema is the Head of Master’s Program at the African Center of Excellence in Internet of Things (ACEIoT) and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Systems , School of ICT , College of Science and Technology, University of Rwanda. As academic staff, he has contributed to the teaching, learning, assessment and supervision of students in bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD programmes at the University of Rwanda. As Head of Master Programs and Trainings at the ACEIoT, he has gained valuable experience in leadership, management and research activities which involves the arrangement and coordination of teaching activities in the ACEIoT for students, both visiting and local teaching staffs, compilation of students results and others duties assigned to me. His research interest is in Computer vision, Internet of Things (IoT),Big data analytics and Data Science Artificial Intelligence tools, machine learning and emerging Technologies.
