Currently Assistant Lecturer in the department of General nursing at the University of Rwanda, Rwamagana Campus, with over 20 years of progressive experience spanning clinical practice, teaching, and administration. She holds a Diploma in General Nursing, a BSc in Nursing Education, a Postgraduate Diploma in Pediatrics, and an MSc in Nursing Science (Medical-Surgical). Her expertise lies in medical-surgical nursing, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care, complemented by strong skills in research design, systematic reviews, and academic writing. Passionate about health equity, especially for marginalized groups such as deaf patients, she is committed to advancing nursing education and inclusive healthcare systems while actively pursuing PhD opportunities to deepen her impact in research and practice.
