Brief profile:
Dusabe Ruth, RM, MScN, is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda with over 14 years of experience in midwifery education, clinical practice, and neonatal nursing. She holds a Master’s degree in Neonatology with distinction and a Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery with high distinction, and is currently a DNP student conducting a quality improvement project to reduce noise in NICUs. She teaches advanced midwifery, advanced neonatology, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and critical care issues related to pregnancy at both bachelor’s and master’s levels. Ruth is also an ALSO instructor and a master trainer in Helping Babies Breathe and Helping Mothers Survive, with extensive expertise in simulation-based education, curriculum development, and maternal and neonatal health research.
