An accomplished academic leader, research development specialist, and university educator with over a decade of progressive experience in higher education, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Rwanda and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Demonstrates extensive experience in academic leadership, teaching, research development, and institutional capacity building, with a proven ability to design and implement research strategies, mobilize competitive research grants, supervise multidisciplinary research at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels, and lead academic and curriculum transformation.
