Nyakusinga Fausta is a Lecturer,researcher and a consultant.She does reserch and consultancy in Law and Human Resource Management related fields.She also has expertise in Entrepreneurship and cooperative management.Fausta is a PhD student at the University of Rwanda-college of Business and Economics.She has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Makerere University Kampala,she also has a bachelors degree in Law from the National University of Rwanda(current University of Rwanda).She worked at Kigali Institute of a Education as a Director of Administration and the rest of her work experience is in the Academic field todate.
Research Area: 
General Law and Human Resource Management.
