Hahirwa G. Joseph is an academic staff at the University of Rwanda, College of Arts and Social Sciences, School of Social Studies and Governance since June 2000. His PhD in Peace and Development Studies was awarded in 2014 by the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He holds a master’s degree in social work and Community Development and a Diploma in Health Promotion awarded in 2005 by the University of the Western Cape, South Africa.
