Brief profile: 
Ismael Aboui Buchanan is a Senior Lecturer, the Department of Political Science and IR, School of Governance Development and Society, College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS), Huye Campus at the University of Rwanda and Former Dean of the School of Governance. He earned his PhD in International Relations from UAI Malaysia. He is Focal Point for the Professional Development Program Diplomatic Training (MINAFFET) under the School of Governance Development and Society (CASS). Currently, Dr. Ismael is a Post doctoral Research fellow at Universite de Geneve in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Diplomacy.
