I am Eugene THeophile UWIRAGIYE], currently serving as Assistant Lecture at University of Rwanda. I completed my studies at University of Rwanda, where I specialized in Information Systems with specialization in Electronic Government. My research interests include ICT for Development and Information Systems, and Electronic government. Currently I am PhD student in Internet of Things.
