INGABIRE Christine

Christine Ingabire is an Assistant Lecturer in English Education with a strong academic and teaching background in English for General Purposes (EGP), English for Specific Purposes (ESP), and English for Academic Purposes (EAP). Currently based in the Centre for language Enhancement. Ingabire is actively engaged in both teaching and research focused on English language instruction in higher education contexts. Her teaching experience spans a range of learners, with emphasis on developing learners' academic and professional communication skills in English. Ingabire’s research interests particularly lie in curriculum development, integration of technology in language teaching, blended learning, second language acquisition, technology enhanced language learning (TELL), digital literacy in language education, etc. As an emerging researcher, Ingabire is preparing to pursue doctoral studies (PhD) with research interests centered on integration of technology in English language teaching. Ingabire is committed to enhancing the quality of English language education through evidence-based research and innovative classroom practices.
