NDAGIJIMANA Ibrahim, is a PhD Student in Peace, Security and Conflict Studies in the University of Rwanda (UR) in collaboration with Gothenburg University (Sweden). Currently, serves as Assistant Lecturer to the University of Rwanda (UR). Ibrahim has completed several Master degrees (Public Administration and Management, Peace, Security and Conflict Studies, Local Governance Studies and Governance and Decentralization). His research focused on Governance, Decentralization, Citizen Participation, Community development, Peace building, Conflict Transformation and organizational Performance. He has conducted several research and published articles, books and book chapters.
