"ROSE NIYONKURU is an Assistant Lecturer in Agricultural Land and Irrigation Engineering, School of Agricultural Engineering at the University of Rwanda with 10 years of experience in water resources engineering, hydrology, and watershed management. Holds an MSc in Agricultural Engineering (Soil & Water Engineering) and currently pursuing a PhD in Agricultural Science.
