Brief profile:
I am a research scientist and academic with over five years of experience managing and coordinating projects aimed at improving smallholder farmers’ livelihoods through evidence-based approaches. I have two years of experience as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Science (UR-CAFF), and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Integrated Agriculture under the UR-Sweden program. I am also a fellow under sustainable peatland management for people, climate and biodiversity -Peat4People project funded by Michael Succow Foundation.
My expertise spans project planning and coordination, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis (Stata), and report writing. I have a strong background in survey programming (SurveyCTO), irrigation, soil and water management, and greenhouse gas emissions research. My research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, focusing on carbon dioxide and methane emissions from agricultural systems.
I am an enthusiastic and results-driven professional with strong communication and organizational skills. Fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda, I am committed to advancing agricultural sustainability through research, teaching, and innovative project implementation.
