Brief profile:

Dr Tirivashe Elton Chiwunze is a Senior Lecturer of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in the School of Medicine and Pharmacy. He teaches undergraduate Pharmacy courses and supervises student research. His research focuses on medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, nanotechnology, and electrochemical sensor development, with an emphasis on the analysis of antimalarial and antibiotic drugs. He has published in peer-reviewed international journals and actively contributes to research capacity building.
