Brief profile:
Biomedical Laboratory Scientist with a Master’s degree in Health Informatics and expertise in laboratory diagnostics, infectious disease research, and health information systems. Professionally trained in Biosafety and Biosecurity (Training of Trainers), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Quality Control in biomanufacturing. Served as a frontline laboratory scientist at the National Reference Laboratory during the COVID-19 pandemic, contributing to national response efforts. Currently an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda and an active contributor to national initiatives, including the National Genomic Strategy, the National Biosafety and Biosecurity Strategic Plan, and the National Laboratory Quality Framework. Currently pursuing a PhD in Translational Health Sciences (Infectious Diseases track) under the EU-TEI-MAV+ Project
