Dr. Jules Ngango is a research-focused agricultural economist with a strong interdisciplinary background professional experience in agricultural, rural, and resource economics, combining academic excellence with practical expertise in economic analysis, policy advisory, project monitoring, and data-driven evaluation. Holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics (Chungnam National University, South Korea) and has a proven record of research in agricultural markets, consumer behavior, and value chain development. Expert in econometric and machine-learning modeling, impact evaluation, and policy-oriented analysis for sustainable and inclusive food systems. Currently serving as Lecturer at the University of Rwanda and Leader of the Transversal Aspects Result under the UR–ARES Institutional Support Program, coordinating interdisciplinary research, training, and innovation.
