Gatera Antoine is currently an academic staff member at the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology, School of ICT, Department of Information Systems. He is a PhD holder in Internet of Things (Wireless Intelligent Sensor Network) from the University of Rwanda. He obtained a Master of Science in Information from India in 2014.
