"HABARUREMA WILLIAM, 0784713303 William is a Lecturer at the University of Rwanda – College of Science and Technology, Department of Electrical and Electronics and Engineering, since May 2011 where He teach the following courses: Fiber Optic Communications; Engineering Electromagnetic; Analog and Digital Electronics, Microwave Engineering; Digital Communications; Radar Systems and Navigation Aids, Satellite Communications, and Computer Networks. Mr. William did Full Time Master’s program (2006 – 2008) at National University of Rwanda in partnership with Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden. Specialization and Experience area: Telecommunication Engineering. William did also Bachelor’s Program Education [1997 – 2004] in Electronics and Telecommunication Systems at National University of Rwanda. He did the following publications: (1) Prototyping crop-coefficient-aware smart irrigation system for Rwanda’s “akarima k’igikoni. (2) Building Occupancy Monitoring Based on microcontroller and PIR Sensors’. (3) Soil Resistivity Measurements in Rwanda for Safety Grounding System’. He served as Core Network engineer at Rwandatel for five years from May 2008 t0 May 2011 He attended a series of training in the field of electronics and telecommunication engineering.
