Brief profile: 
Dr. Pascal Hategekimana is a Lecturer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Rwanda–College of Science and Technology, with 15 years of teaching and research experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from KIST/UR-CST, a master’s degree in Renewable Energy from the University of Agder, Norway, and a PhD in Renewable Energy from the ACE-ESD at UR. He has consultancy experience, received different research grant funds. His research areas include renewable energy, microgrids, electrical power systems, and power electronics.
