MUKANDAYISABA Delphine

Delphine MUKANDAYISABA is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, School of Nursing and Midwifery, where she teaches in the postgraduate program. She holds a Master’s degree in Pediatric Nursing and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Duke University School of Nursing. Her academic and research interests include nursing education, quality improvement in healthcare, patient safety, and maternal and child health. She is actively engaged in teaching, research, and clinical practice aimed at strengthening nursing education and improving healthcare outcomes.
