NDUNGUTSE Emmanuel is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, where he has been serving since 2008. He holds a Master’s degree in French Education and a Master’s degree in Development Studies. With extensive experience in higher education, he teaches General French and contributes to academic development and student capacity building.
