HAGABIMANA Eugène

"Eugène HAGABIMANA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in journalism, media, communication, and public relations. Since beginning his career at ORINFOR (now RBA) in 2003 and later joining UR/Radio Salus in 2007, he has held progressive roles ranging from junior reporter to station managing director, as well as positions in teaching, management, and consultancy. Eugène holds a Master’s degree in Media and Communication from Senghor University in Alexandria, Egypt (2011–2013), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Journalism, Media, and Communication at Uganda Christian University- Kampala. He is also a lecturer in the Department of Journalism and Communication at the University of Rwanda. Eugène is proficient in teaching and conducting consultancies and trainings in various sectors, including radio and TV broadcasting, marketing, online journalism, public relations, communications, media, media law, Project management & organisational change and ethics.
