Mpungirehe Odette

I am Rwanda, hold a Masters Degree in Mass communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism. I have more than 10 years of media and communication experience working with government institutions and international organizations, managing communication, visibility events and campaigns. I have been a journalist for Radio Maria Rwanda, then an Audio-Visual Communication Specialist at the Rwanda Education Board and later a Public Relations and Communication Officer for the Land Tenure Regularisation Support Project. I worked as a journalism, mass communication and public relations assistant lecturer and trainer at the Christian University of Rwanda, then as a Risk Communication, Community Engagement and Health Promotion Specialist at UNICEF Rwanda before joining the University of Rwanda as journalism and communication assistant lecturer in October 2021.
