Brief profile: 
Lecturer at University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Populations studies Specialized in demography economics from Annamalai University, India (2016). Awarded a Postgraduate certificate (2014) in Software based statistical Analysis at Annamalai University, India. Awarded also a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education at a congregation held at Kigali Institute of Education (2012). He holds a Master’s Degree (M.sc) in Sciences, Technologies, Health area of Actuarial Sciences in domain of Finance and Insurance at University of Claude Bernard Lyon1-France (2006). He has also a Degree of Physics and Statistics of Bachelor’s at University of Kinshasa in Democratic Republic of Congo (1984).He had had undergraduate in Mathematics and Physics at the higher Pedagogic Institute of Kisangani in DRC (1981). He Taught in several High Institutional and Universities such that NUR (1997-1998), KIST (1999-2007), SFB (2008-2010), INILAK (2009-2012), KIE (2012-2017), UR-CBE (2017-2022).Visiting Lecturer at Kigali Independent University (1999-2013) and several others high Institutional and Universities inside and outside country. Currently working at University of Rwanda as Lecturer of Applied Statistics department, teaching the courses of Mathematics. Statistics, Econometrics, and Research Methodology. Experience of more than twenty five (25) years of teaching and doing research in higher learning institutions and Universities.
