Joseph Magambo

Joseph Magambo has been a lecturer at the University of Rwanda (UR) since January 2000. He taught English for General Purposes (EGP), English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and English for Academic Purposes (EAP) at UR- College of Science and Technology (CST) from January 2000 to October 2019. From November 2019 to date, he has been teaching English for General Purposes (EGP), English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and English for Academic Purposes (EAP) at UR- College of Education (Rukara Campus).Joseph Magambo is a holder of Master of Education in English Language Teaching (ELT) from Rhodes University, in South Africa. He actively participates in devising English programmes and in training administrative and academic staff in English. His research interests are in the area of teaching and learning English and his latest publication is "Investigating Perceptions of Students' Needs at a Rwandan Institution of Higher Learning" in Madonna Journal of English and Literary Studies.
