Brief profile: 
With a Master in Management Development with specialization in rural development and Gender. I’m confident in providing value in my work as Lecturer. I strive to have more knowledge and skills to better make our students marketable as possible. With my work, I have developed an excellent eye for detail due to the heavy demands of assignments and research. Over the last year, I’m part of a small team of researchers. This proves that I have potential to excel within a professional writing field. I am looking for a challenging to utilize my innovative knowledge and develop my writing skill-set further. I am ambitious looking to progress into a senior Lecturer position within the gender studies. Having developed communication skills when working in academic position, I’ve developed successful working relationships. As a result, I keep an advantageous professional network. Due to over 13 years of experience within the academic institutions, I am aware of gender needs in our community and have a knowledge in research. I have demonstrated a capability to conduct an innovative research with available resources to further develop my skills and contribute efficiently in the team skilled in multitasking, using time management to meet deadlines, I am very motivated, self-driven and enthusiastic. With my varied background enhances my experiences educationally and I am able to take different approaches to work in team. I think these perspectives will make a professional candidate in this research. Finally, I hope that my knowledge and skills from University is going to serve as relevant in this research and look forward to a career based in research while keeping my future in social and community research as a greatest priority in my life.
