"I am Neonatal Nurse and Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda/College of Medicine and Health Sciences/School of Nursing and Midwifery. I am Masters Holder in neonatal nursing from the University of Rwanda with Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in High Education. Currently I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Duke University, School of Nursing
I started to work as academic staff in 2010 at former Kibungo School of Nursing and Midwifery which has been combined with other schools to form the University of Rwanda. I contributed and continue contributing to education of both undergraduates and postgraduate’s nurses and midwives by teaching various academic courses, mentoring them during clinical placements learning activities and supervising their research activities. I am participating in different research activities. I am an active member of different nursing organizations.
