"Dr Aggée Shyaka Mugabe is an Associate Professor of Transitional Justice and Peacebuilding at the University of Rwanda. He is currently Acting Director of the Centre for Conflict Management (CCM) of the same university. He is Founding and Managing Director of the Centre for Governance and Peacebuilding – Great Lakes (CGP – GL).
His research interests include geopolitics, conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and reconciliation processes, home grown solutions and hate speech. "
