Brief profile:
Dr. Gloriose Mugirase is a lecturer of English at the University of Rwanda. She holds a PhD in Language and Literacy from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa (2020). She offers the modules of English for General Purposes, English for Specific Purposes, and English for Academic Purposes to undergraduate students, and the module of Academic Writing and Writing for Publication to postgraduate students. From 2023, Dr. Mugirase has been acting as the Director of the Centre for Language Enhancement at the University of Rwanda. She is also actively engaged in research and has published five research papers to date.
