Awotunde Oluwasegun Samson

Awotunde Oluwasegun Samson holds. BSc Hons Biochemistry, MSc Biochemistry, PGDE , PhD (Toxicology). He is RTD-DCS research fellow, COMSTECH-ICCBS fellow, Pharmabridge visiting fellow. His research focuses on drug discovery from natural products/medicinal plants, targeted and untargeted metabolomics profiling. The objective is to explore, identify, and verify natural products/medicinal plants claimed to be effective in the management of various diseases/conditions using in vitro, in vivo, and in silico approaches, and evaluation of the toxicity risk.
