Brief profile: 
Theogene Dusingizimana is a nutritionist with a keen interest in innovations to transform food systems to ensure availability and access to healthy diets for all. He also contributes his expertise to different national task forces, including the National Food and Nutrition Technical Working Group. Theogene has also provided technical assistance to several Rwandan small- and medium-size enterprises to accelerate their capacity for production and marketing of nutritious and safe foods. He holds a PhD degree in Nutritional Science from Massey University. He earned an M.Sc. in Human Nutrition from Gent University, and a B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from former Kigali Institute of Science and Technology. His currently a postdoctoral fellow, focusing on innovations and innovation systems for food nutrition and security.
