Musemakweli Phocas

Phocas MUSEMAKWELI, Rwandese, (1972), He’s an assistant Lecturer, researcher and has been Subject Coordinator of Entrepreneurship at University of Rwanda – College of Education (Since 2010-2025), Part-time lecturer, researcher, Consultant and lead trainer in various public and private institutions in Rwanda and neighbouring countries. He has supervised students’ research papers and animated various conferences, workshops and trainings within the region and around the world. As module leader, he has designed and written a good number of academic modules, programs and policies for various Rwandan and international institutions. He’s been a Councilor of the City of Kigali (Rwanda), a President of Mediation Council at Kimisagara Sector level, a Co-founder and Chief auditor of Rwanda Ancient Scout Alliance (RASAL), Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning of an international NGO Terimbere Rural Integrated Partnership (TRIP).
