Languages with Education Justin Nsabimana was born in 1974 in Karong District. He did his undergrduate studies in Natonal Unversty of Rwanda ( NUR) from 2000 to 2005. He is doing his Post Graduate Studies in University of Rwanda, in Master of Education in English ducation. He is currently workng at College of Education since 2012. He has been a teacher at secondary school for three years, and at Teacher Sevice Commisson as a national English Trainer.
