Brief profile:
Mr. Kabuto graduated with BStat (Hons) from Makerere University, Uganda then mastering with an MBA from the UK. He also did a postgraduate certificate in HRM/D (Tanzania). He has worked with different institutions in various capacities. He worked with the Office of H.E. The President of the Republic of Rwanda as a technical advisor in HRD and Capacity Building before joining lecturership with URCE.
