Dr. James Maizere

I hold a PhD (University of the Free State), Masters (Deaf Studies), Bachelors (Great Zimbabwe University) and Diploma in Special Needs Education (University of Zimbabwe). I also hold a Diploma (University of Zimbabwe) in general education. I taught in general education at primary level (Zimbabwe). I further taught Special Needs Education at primary and secondary levels, including becoming a lecturer in Special Needs Education a Teachers College and at university level (Zimbabwe). Moreover, I served as a Director in Disability Support Services at the University of Zimbabwe. In Rwanda, I was a tutor at a Teacher Training College for over 3 years before joining the University of Rwanda as a lecturer in Special Needs Education.
