Brief profile: 
Mr. Phenias Nsabimana joined the former Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry (ISAE-Busogo) as an academic staff in March 2009. In May 2013, Phenias Nsabimana obtained a Master’s degree in Food Science with a specialization in Cereal Science from Washington State University (USA). In January 2008, Phenias Nsabimana obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Education, Department of Chemistry and Biology, Faculty of Education, at the former National University of Rwanda. His current interest is focused on healthy eating, food safety, and public health promotion.
