Brief profile: 
Mr Phenias Nsabimana serving as lecturer in at University of Rwanda in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Since February 2018, he has started PhD in Nutrition and Food Science on sandwich type between University of Rwanda and Ghent University (Belgium), in the unit of Nutrition and Food Safe. His research interests include the quality and safety of food products, as well as the linkage between food, nutrition and public health. He is a member of the Belgian Nutrition Society. Mr Phenias Nsabimana is a holder of master’s degree in Food Science from Washington State University (USA), 2013 edition.
