Dr.Clement BITWAYIKI is a Senior lecturer in the department of Food Science and Technology who has applied for promotion to Associate Professor position. I stated working with University of Rwanda in 2001 (in farmer KIST) and now more that 20 years of teaching experience. I was involved in various post of administration as HOD, Vice Dean, Dean and doing research where currently i published 12 papers in recognized journals. assist various institution and industries in food safety and standards of Foods.
