Brief profile: 
Erneste Murindwa is a lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Rwanda. He has been lecturing at KIST since 2008 and at the University of Rwanda since 2013 and has M.Sc in food technology from Ghent university (Belgium) and B.Sc degrees in Food Science and Technology from KIST (Rwanda). He has participated in the different projects on postharvest management, food qualty, safety and nutrition in Rwanda.
