Kamanzi Alicadi

Kamanzi Alicadi holds MA in Educational Management, a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma in Education, and PGDLTHE. He has vas experience in Educational Leadership, Head teacher being Headteacher of school for nine years, Dean of education for former Rukara College of Education and later Ag. Dean of the School of lower secondary education under UR College of Education. He also participated in local Government elective politics, having served as Chairperson of Nyagatare District advisory Council for two terms. His area of interest in research is the impact of decentralized governance on school leadership effectiveness.
