"Dr Sylvestre Ntabajyana is currently a lecturer in the school of Languages and Social Sciences Education, at University of Rwanda, College of Education (UR-CE), in literature in English section. He graduated from Kigali Institute of Education with a BA with education. Later he joined Rhodes University (South Africa) where he obtained an MA in Creative Writing. Currently, Sylvestre is a PhD holder in English Education from the University of Rwanda. He has published an anthology of poems ‘Planting season and other poems’, and a number of scientific articles mainly on values education. He has written some children stories. His research interest concerns language Education, values- education in schools, mother tongue in promoting quality education and the implementation of competency based curriculum. "
