Shumbusho Fulgence

Mr Fulgence SHUMBUSHO holds an MSc in Microbiology from Jiangnan University (China), a BSc in Biotechnology from the former Kigali Institute of Science and Technology, and a postgraduate diploma in education from the University of Rwanda College of Education (UR-CE). He has been a secretary member of Wuxi Diaspora (China) since 2016. His specialization is metabolic regulation and metabolites. His interest lies in microbiology, gene editing technologies including CRISPR/Cas editing systems and RNAi, cell biology and molecular biology, metabolic engineering and the biology education field. Currently, he is an Assistant Lecturer of biological sciences at the UR-CE and is doing a PhD in life sciences and biotechnology at ICGEB.
