He has been with the University of Rwanda since 2011 and an academic Associate Member of African Centre of Excellence for Innovative Teaching and Learning Mathematics and Science (ACEITLMS) since December 18, 2020. Since 2021, he consults for the Rwanda Quality Basic Education for Human Capital Development project. He co-wrote STEM and ICT training manuals and is a co-investigator in four research projects which secured funds from the Mastercard Foundation's Leaders in Teaching initiative. From 2018-2021, he was a STEM education consultant for VVOB Rwanda.
