Brief profile: 
Mr. Gerard NIZEYIMANA is a Ph.D. Scholar and Assistant Lecturer of Computer Science Education at the University of Rwanda, College of Education (UR-CE). He is current research interest lies in Learning Material Design Intervention for Block-Based Programming with Scratch in Rwandan Basic Education: A trio Cost-Quality-Time Inference. He graduated with MSc.in Information and Communication Science and Engineering, from the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology, Arusha-Tanzania. He also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (Dec. 2011), a One-year Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from Amity University, Uttar-Pradesh, India (Dec.2010), and a BSc. Degree in Computer Science with Education from the former Kigali Institute of Education, now UR-CE.
